let’s make mini bear churros 🐻 churro recipe • 1 cup water • 1/4 cup unsalted butter • 1 tbsp sugar • 1/4 tsp salt • 1 cup AP flour • 1 large egg • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/3 cup sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon (for coating) instructions • 1. Heat water, unsalted butter, salt over medium heat and bring to boil • 2. Reduce heat, add flour, and stir mixture with a rubber spatula • 3. Let dough form and transfer to large mixing bowl to cool for a few minutes • 4. Add vanilla and egg and whisk with electric mixer until smooth • 5. Transfer to two different piping bags (if making bears). I used Wilton tips 21 and 4B • 6. Create one large circle with the bigger piping tip and then use the smaller tip for the ears • 7.
