Vegan - Creamy Gyoza Soup Recipe
Ingredients 1 tbsp red Thai curry paste 1 packet of Noodles 150ml of your choice of plant based Cream 1 punnet of Mushrooms 1 bunch of Pak Choy 5 Gyoza 3 cloves Garlic Extras - 1 stock cube, salt pepper, chilli oil if you like spice, sesame seeds for an optional crunch. Credits: @nomeatdisco

Ingredients: Sauce base • - 2 tbsp peanut butter • - 1 tbsp rice vinegar • - 2 tbsp soy sauce • - 1-2 tbsp chilli oil Pork mince topping • - 200g pork mince • - 1 tbsp Chinese doubanjiang • - 1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine, optional • - 1 tbsp soy sauce • - minced garlic and ginger Soup base • - 500ml chicken stock • - 300ml soy milk Assemble with wheat noodles, pak choi and garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
