Save this post, because not only is it the cutest little lunch, it's also SO simple to make! You can substitute any type of citrus. We use dried oranges for everything during the holiday season— strung up as a garland on our mantle, to decorate gifts and to have on hand to throw into simmer pots. Some tricks I’ve learned over the years— take care to really make sure you cut all of your slices a *consistent thickness* (thinner areas will the first to burn otherwise) and keep a close eye on the oranges towards the end. They go from vibrant to burnt in a snap. Also give your slices a really good pat down in between clean towels before drying. This makes a huge difference in cutting down drying time. You’ll
