Blueberry mojito MOCKTAIL Made with homemade blueberry rosemary syrup. This mocktail is refined sugar free and full of antioxidants 🫐BLUEBERRY ROSEMARY SYRUP🫐 - 1 cup truvia - 1 cup water - 3/4 cup wild blueberries - juice of 1/2 lemon - 1 rosemary spring Add everything into a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Let it simmer while smashing the blueberries using the back of a spoon. Once the syrup thickens, take off heat, cover and steep for an hour until it’s cooled. Strain, pour into a jar and store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
