This particular brand called for: 2 eggs 3 tbsp water 1/2 cup canola oil Mochi: 1 cup mochiko flour 1/3 cup sugar Dash of salt 1 cup hot water DIRECTIONS: 1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2.) In a mixing bowl, combine mochiko flour, sugar, and salt. Use a whisk to mix well. Pour in hot water and use a spatula to mix.
