Squatting like this helps place more body weight load onto your hamstrings and glutes (back of legs), compared to squatting straight up which can place more onto your quads (front thighs). More concentrated load means your hamstrings and glutes do the majority of the work when you squat. This means more tension on those muscles which leads to better strength development from every rep. 📝 How to Perform: - Stand up straight and take a step forward. - Lean back using the suspension trainer as support. - Squeeze your hamstrings and glutes and squat down for 2 seconds - Pause at the bottom and squeeze them again to squat back up. - Push away from the door as you do. - Extra hard squeeze of your hamstrings and glutes at the top.
