The ultimate Stretch
Click the link in my bio for a complete free front split flexibility workout. Honestly, if not the best then at least up there on the top 3! The couch stretch is incredible to opening up the hip flexors. Now if you have a desk job and sit all day than watching Netflix in this stretch will not just make you feel significantly better but will also help you advance significantly towards your hollow back handstand and all back bends in general. I always wanted to hollow back with my feet touching the floor. This was a big challenge for me as I am not naturally a back contortionist and as I squat and deadlift my legs do weigh quite a bit. Now how to back bend without opening the back too much?! Shift the pressure!
