Add to fridge. 2️⃣ Brown your 96/4 Lean Ground Beef in a pan on a 7/10 heat. Then add your taco seasoning and mix. Add 90g of chicken broth to keep it nice and juicy. 3️⃣ Then lower the heat of the pan and add your mexican cheese, cheese wedges and nutritional yeast. Mix all together. 4️⃣ Now take your lavash and slice into 4 pieces. 5️⃣ Add 1/18th of your taco filling to the middle of the lavash piece. See video for how I fold it all together.
