There are a few reasons that this cycle is so familiar to those with ADHD… ⚡️Medications ⚡️Anxiety ⚡️Overwhelm ⚡️Hyperfocus ⚡️Perfectionism …to name a few. You likely feel hunger in extreme ways - either it feels like it’s not there at all or it’s all consuming and you need something NOW.There are a few ways to overcome this cycle (and yes - it is possible)!Step one is to stop judging and beating yourself up over it.
