Lucky visitors may get the chance to observe golden eagles, falcons, and black grouse. Take a day's hike from La Videmanette cable car (only 10min away from The Alpina Gstaad) through La Pierreuse and over four hills to L'Etivaz.

And it's a wrap! Our bees are slowing going to sleep until mid-avril. Depending on the weather, most bees, like bumblebees and other insects, will take a vacation and hibernate as soon as the temperature drops below 10°-12°. They'll find a shelter and slow down their metabolism sharply, hoping to have enough reserves and a mild winter to survive for six months.
