by @sepps_eats INGREDIENTS: (3 meals) 2 blocks firm tofu (2 x 280g) 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp cornflour 1 large carrot handful cherry tomatoes 1/4 red cabbage 200g edamame beans 1 avocado sesame seeds crushed peanuts 400g noodles or rice of choice SAUCE: 2 heaped tbsp peanut butter 2 tbsp agave 2 tbsp rice vinegar 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 lime dash water Slice the tofu into chunks, cover in oil and soy sauce and mix, then add the cornflour and shake to cover.
