Zutaten: • Lemon Curd (200ml Zitronensaft, 70ml Sahne, 3 EL stärke und 6g gesunden Zuckerersatz / ersetzt 100g Zucker) Creme: • 250g Quark • 300g Mascarpone • Süße • 200ml Sahne • Löffelbiskuit • Zitronensaft So einfach geht's: Für den „Lemon Curd" brauchen wir 200ml Zitronensaft, 70ml Sahne, 3 EL stärke und 6g gesunden Zuckerersatz / ersetzt 100g Zucker) Dafür Zitronensaft aufkochen, mit Stärke und Sahne andicken und abkühlen lassen. Für Creme den Quark und Mascarpome verrühren und die süße dazugeben mit etwas Zitronenabrieb und Saft einer Zitrone. Parallel die Sahne steif schlagen. Nun vorsichtig die Sahne unter die Maße heben.
