DO THIS OR YOUR NEXT LEG DAY Adductor length and strength superset ⬇️ 🔥 3-4 SUPERSETS 1️⃣ Elevated adductor lateral RDL’s x 15-20 (each side) Superset ⬇️ 2️⃣ Straight arm Copenhagen hip lifts x 10-20 (each side) 📝 Make sure you superset the RIGHT SIDE consecutively and then the LEFT SIDE. ⚒️ Lateral RDLs will help increase adductor strength at your maximum range of motion - a very effective exercise if a goal is middle split or the pancake. ⚒️ Copenhagens are a staple of mine, they will help further bulletproof the inner thighs (adductors) as well as strengthen the knee.
