SPINACH PASTA 🍝 RECIPE: -3 large handfuls of spinach -12 tbsp flour -a pinch of salt Mix until a dough forms. Knead a few times by hand and cover while making the sauce. Sauce: -3 large handfuls of spinach -1/2 bunch of coriander or parsley -Salt and pepper -30g cashews -2 tbsp olive oil -Juice 1/2 lemon Heat up a pot of salted water.
