My favourite recipe is Banana Bread 4 ripe bananas mashed 1 cup of dessicated coconut 1 cup of almond meal 1 cup of gluten free SR flour 1/2 cup of B&C 2 eggs whisked 1 teaspoon each of ginger and cinnamon or two drops of each oil Sprinkle of nutmeg 1/2 cup of melted grass fed butter or coconut oil Mix dry ingredients then add wet. Put in loaf tin Bake for 50-60 mins on 150-170 deg. Serve hot with butter! Yum Yum.
