Here my All In Roll Breakfast to go:
2 whole eggs
2 egg whites from 2 eggs
60g turkey ham
30g low-fat cheese
10g pumpkin seeds
Salt, pepper and cayenne pepper
30g Oatmeal, Optional for more carbs
1. Mix whole eggs with egg whites and season: Salt, pepper and cayenne pepper
2. Add the ham, cheese and pumpkin seeds on the top
3. Just make your roll and let it cold, after cooling put it in the fridge.
