蔥㸆鯽魚是屬於江浙一帶的菜,很多人說鯽魚要把骨頭炸酥,有很多方法,就是能讓它可以入口即化,當然燒久是一個方法,另外有人說一個方式,在魚要下鍋之前要煎之前,先用白醋去浸一下。根據我的經驗呢!其實是沒有太大的效果,但是這個魚肉浸完醋之後再來炸,那個酸香氣揮發了之後會有不同的韻味,不妨一試。#蔥㸆鯽魚關注吳恩文的快樂廚...
