Hand painted on 140 lb. watercolor paper, the "Congratulations" message is penned in black, and confetti sparkles burst from the congratulatory message. The card is blank inside so you can leave your own note. Hand made white envelopes are included. If you would like to customize the color or lettering, let me know!
