To make the basil vinaigrette, blend all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
Add peaches & strawberry slices to a bed of arugula. Pinch off pieces of the burrata & spread it over the salad. Sprinkle with almonds.
Drizzle with the dressing & sprinkle with salt before serving.
