So you may see creases, and the rug may not lay flat initially, but it's very typical with rugs when shipped folded. All the wrinkles and lumps in the rug will go away within a few weeks of usage. 2. Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes. We will not be liable for delays due to customs. 3. All items will ship promptly after payment has cleared Paypal. 4.
