👉Ingredients:
• 1 scoop Women’s Best Whey Protein
• 3-4 tbsp Yogurt of choice
• ½ cup oats
• Little bit of milk
• Fruits of choice
👉How to:
1) Put the protein powder in a glass container and add the oats.
2) Pour just enough milk in the container, so the oats get wet.
3) Stir until the oats have a sticky consistency.
4) Put the yogurt over the oats and blend the mixture again.
5) Add your fruits of choice as toppings.
6) Put the container in the fridge overnight.
7) Enjoy your protein oats in the morning with some honey on top!
