Lupinus variicolor—particolor lupine (I think). L. variicolor is found below 500 meters in dunes and headlands along the California coast north of Monterey County. Several different colors can be found on the same plant. Photographed at Regional Parks Botanic Garden located in Tilden Regional Park near Berkeley, CA.
