This listing is for one 3' balloon diamond clear filled with confetti in your color/s choice you can pick up to 3 colors and different shapes of confetti. The clear balloon will be filled with confetti ( a mixed 1 inch tissue paper confetti in different shades of blue or pink and gold confetti). If you are using the balloon for a birthday party we can pre-fill the balloon with the colored confetti of your choice approximately 1,600 pieces. Please have the balloon filled with helium professionally, but if you are doing it yourself, make sure that you fill the balloon at least at 2.5 feet to 3 feet in diameter. Filling the balloon to capacity will make popping the balloon easier and increase the floating time of the balloon. NOTE: Jewel color balloons will look transparent when inflated.
