• 1 Seasoning cubes

Oils & Vinegars

• 1/2 cup Palm oil

Liquids

• 2 1/2 cups Stock or water

Other

• 2 Cups Egusi Seeds or ground

• Protein of your choice (( I used smoked fish and stockfish))
