All our comfy pillowcases are crafted in-house, right here in Southeast Kansas. -Machine wash & Dry This is not an iron-on or embroidery it is made using Dye Sublimation. Dye Sublimation Transfer is a process where you take an image - that has been created digitally and then print this image with a printer using special sublimation transfer inks onto transfer paper. The item is then heat pressed on to the item. COLORS - Please keep in mind every computer monitor can vary in terms of brightness, contrast and even colors. This is why it is impossible that your item will match exactly what you see on screen. In general reds tend to be less bright/vivid than what you see on your screen Please remember that these are all made to order, I try to have them shipped out within 3-5 business days, however, please allow at least 7 days to process your order. Shipping takes an additional 3-5 days to arrive at your door depending on the postal service. I usually ask that customers order their items at least 14 days in advance of needing them. Please remember that these are all made to order. Processing time is 3-5 business days after payment received. Business days are Monday - Friday (except holidays). Shipping time varies depending on how many orders are ahead of you. In general, most orders ship within a few business days to a week at busier times (Christmas, Mother & Father's Day) it can take longer. I always ship as quickly as I can please keep in mind your item is custom and I do have other customers orders ahead of you. Also keep in mind the Postal Service needs time to deliver I cannot control the delivery time once it's out of my hands it's in theirs.
