I was sent this obscure piece of Super Powers merchandise by our newest F.O.A.M. member, Bob Vandenbrink. Thanks Bob! Here's what Bob had to say about it: "A friend found these old colouring contest sheets for Canadian Tire (you may or may not know Canadian Tire, there's not really an American equivalent from what I understand, maybe Pep Boys meets Sears?).
