本来是要买Patin 鱼的，但是对鱼的认识有限，买错了，买了别的鱼。 在超市买的鱼，应该是有写上鱼的名字，是我却将冯京当马凉。 酸辣咖哩鱼食谱： 咖哩酱料 2 大匙 马来煎1 小匙 番茄 1 个 咖哩叶2 梗 大葱 1个 蒜米 1 大匙 青灯笼椒半个 阿三膏汁（Assam Jawa） 1 汤匙 煮法： 1. 爆蒜米+ 大葱。 2. + 咖哩叶+ 咖哩酱料 + 马来煎。 3. +番茄 + 阿三汁。 * 只用半小匙糖调味，因为Belacan 和Assam Jawa 都咸。 4. 青灯笼椒，翻炒几秒钟。 5. 上碟。
