蜂蜜優格司康 (6cm cut模約10個份) 材料: A) 低筋麵粉200g 高筋麵粉50g 泡打粉10g 無鹽牛油50g(牛油必須要冰的,不宜使用軟化了的牛油) 黃砂糖10g 鹽3g B) 全蛋55g 清水25g 蜂蜜35g 原味希臘優格50g 日本蜂蜜丁35g(部分烘焙店有售) *也可用各式乾果代替 做法: 1)粉類過篩,與糖、鹽拌勻。 2)加入牛油,用手將牛油與麵粉完全混合。(如麵包康狀)
