Sorry，說着說着又走遠了。還是回到當天的 Selection 吧。 第一回合的 Blind tasting Chateau Lafon-Rochet 2012 Chateau Latour-Matillac 2007 Domaine de Chevalier 2006 右：Chateau Lafon-Rochet 2012 左：Chateau Latour-Matillac 2007 1. Chateau Lafon-Rochet 2012 這瓶 Saint-Estephe 真的一點也不平易近人。 寶石紅 (ruby red) 的酒液散發嗆鼻的煙草味。也許是沒使用醒酒器 (decanter) 的關係，又或者是因為 2012 真的太年輕了，開瓶後近兩個小時，這股使人窒息的氣味仍持久不散。煙草混合煤炭的氣味在我腦海中迄今仍揮之不去，其濃烈程度有如吸了雪茄後隔天早晨纏擾在髮際的乾葉味。 酒體中等 (medium-bodied)；丹寜強勁但收斂性 (abstringency) 不高，並有明顯的酸度，令酒感覺平衡 (balanced)；味道有不太富果味，但仍有cranberry…
