Instructions:
Cook two chicken thighs in water, then separate the meat from the bones. In a pan, heat oil with a knob of butter, minced garlic, chili flakes, and chopped onion. Add the chicken meat and season with parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper. Once slightly cooled off the heat, add diced mozzarella.
