Raspberry Pastry Baskets Dessert
⭐️ laminated croissant dough( recipe posted on on my website) 3 single folds, rolled to 6mm thick, cut 10 cm circles. ⭐️Vanilla Pastry Cream
- 300 g milk
-75 g heavy cream 35%
-2 vanilla bean
-75 g eggs yolks
-35 g cornstarch
-100 g sugar
-50g white chocolate
-2.5 grams gelatin soaked in 10g water ⭐️Raspberry jam
-1 cup raspberries
-1/2 cup sugar
-1 tbs lemon juice
