• 2 cloves Garlic
• 4 Lemon, wedges
• 4 Onions, large white or yellow
• 4 Scallions

• 1 cup Yogurt tahini sauce

• 1/2 cup Basmati rice
Baking & Spices
• 1/8 tsp Black pepper
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
• 1 cup Lentils (green or brown + 4 cups water and 1 teaspoon salt to cook them), dried

• 1/8 tsp Red pepper flakes
