簡單又討喜的一款小零食,特別適合過年時做為 糖果點心品嚐。而且重要的是完全天然無添加, 吃起來沒有負擔。 紅棗核桃 份量 : 30個 材料: 核桃60g 紅棗30個 步驟: 1.核桃放入已經預熱至150度c的烤箱中烘烤10分鐘, 取出冷卻備用 *若沒有烤箱,可以放入平底鍋中微小火翻炒8-10分鐘 2.在紅棗中央切一刀,將籽去除備用 3.將核桃切一半,塞入紅棗中即完成 補充: 1.紅棗選擇大一點肉厚為佳 2.若核桃已經是熟的,可以省略烘烤步驟
