Cheesy Nacho Beef Wraps: Quick & Delicious Snack
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef 1 packet taco seasoning 1 cup nacho cheese sauce 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 4 large flour tortillas 1 cup shredded lettuce ½ cup diced tomatoes ½ cup sour cream (optional) ½ cup crushed tortilla chips (for crunch) Instructions: In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain fat and mix in taco seasoning according to package instructions. Warm nacho cheese sauce in a small saucepan or microwave. Lay tortillas flat. Spread a layer of nacho cheese sauce, then add cooked beef, shredded cheddar, lettuce, tomatoes, and a sprinkle of crushed tortilla chips. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap. Optional: Grill wraps on a pan for 1–2 minutes per side for a crispy finish. Serve with sour cream or extra nacho cheese for dipping.
