30min · 5 servings 🇩🇪 Zutaten • 5 Bratwürste • 200 ml Curryketchup • 200 ml Tomatenketchup • 1 Tl Tomatenmark • 1 Tl Paprikapaste • 100 ml Wasser • 1 Tl Zwiebeln gehackt • 1/2 Tl Knoblauch gehackt • 3 EL Currypulver • 2 El Paprikapulve süß/scharf etwas Öl zum anbraten Zwiebeln und Knoblauch kurz glasieren. Tomatenmark und Paprikapaste hinzugeben kurz umrühren dann Wasser hinzugeben. Vom Herd nehmen und Ketchup und Pulver unter ständigem Rühren hinzugeben. Das ganze pürieren (evtl durch den Sieb geben). Würste anbraten, dann in Scheiben schneiden und in die Currysauce geben. Für 10-15 Minuten auf mittlerer Hitze unter ständigem rühren kochen lassen.
