This cake is a must for fall and winter. It’s easy to make since we’re not using layers. It has a beautiful presentation, which makes it great for the holidays!

Simmer on a low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to stop it from sticking.  If it starts to dry out, add a little extra cold water.  After which, turn the heat off for a couple of minutes and allow it to thicken up.  Finally, spoon into bowls!  That’s it!

5min · 2 servings Pour 2 personnes : • 2 portions de nouilles udon 2 gousses d’ail émincées • 2 oignons verts émincés • 1 petit bout de gingembre râpé • 3 c. à soupe de beurre de cacahuètes crunchy • 1/2 c. à soupe de sirop d’érable • 1 c. à soupe de sauce soja • 1/2 c. à soupe de vinaigre de riz • 1/2 c. à café de flocons de piments 1 à 2 c. à soupe d’eau de cuisson des nouilles Instructions • Faire cuire les nouilles udon dans de l’eau bouillante pendant une minute, rincer à l’eau froide. • Dans un saladier mélanger l’ail, le gingembre, le beurre de cacahuètes, le sirop d’érable, le vinaigre, le piment et l’eau de cuisson. • Ajouter les nouilles et servir avec les oignons de printemps, des graines de sésame et des cacahuètes concassées.
