Sourdough pizza base. 1-1/2 C leftover sourdough starter, 2T olive oil, 3/4 tsp salt, 1 to 1-1/2 C flour. Mix together to a soft dough, adding more liquid if needed. Rest 30 mins to 1 hour. Stretch out to desired shape. Cover with oiled plastic wrap and let it ferment at least 7 hours. Bake at 450F 5 minutes. Can be frozen. Top and bake!
