Hi 👋. Ex-insomniac here. Desperate for better sleep but bored of hearing the same tips?
These are my top tips that helped me reclaim my sleep after decades of sleeping poorly. 
1) Fresh air (best) or cool room
2) Stop talking negatively about sleep to everyone and anyone
3) Sleep affirmations
4) No caffeine after 1pm (Sorry)
5) No phone 1 hour before bed
6) Journal to drop thoughts before bed
7) Exercise (running for me)
