Throwback Thursday. This was the night that we found out our Kickstarter to make our first album was fulfilled. I can’t explain to you the joy and gratitude we felt. Love And Relationships

I love my job. I love getting to write lyrics and melodies, I love getting to play music from a stage and performing, I love playing music with my husband, I love getting to meet new people and hear their stories and I love shining a light on authenticity in love and relationships. If you could have ANY job, what would it be?

I am a proponent of trying new things. They can be big or small but I love new experiences and adventures. This past month I tried longboarding for the first time, signed up for hot yoga, had my hair braided at the beach, and went parasailing!! What new experiences have you tried recently? Is there one that we should try out?

In my opinion, McPherson Guitars are the FINEST acoustic guitars EVER MADE!!!! They are absolutely mind blowing, and I feel so honored to own 2 of them! I have one 4.5 East Indian Rosewood back/sides with a California Redwood top and an ebony fretboard (OOOHHHH MY GOODNESS). And I also have a Carbon Fiber Sable, which SHOCKED me, truthfully. It sounds SO GOOD!! If you are a serious guitar player, or even if you’re a nerd that likes to learn, head on over to their website and feast your eyes!

For all of you Mommas out there who are dreamers and in FULL on motherhood. I applaud you. You are seen and known even in the mess and muck of it all. Motherhood is a weary and lonely journey sometimes. Dave has heard me on multiple occasions talk about how I have lost myself, not taken care of myself, felt like changing diapers, cooking and cleaning were neverending. Then, in the middle of it all, there have been moments, like this one. Moments where motherhood and dreaming collided.
