Shortcrust pastry: • 170 g of wheat flour • 80 g potato flour • 50 g sugar • 150 g cold butter • 1 egg The cream rose: • 200 g jam with rose petals (eg such) or less to taste • 250 g mascarpone cheese (preferably the original, Italian) Extras • 100 g flaked almonds, lightly zrumienionych a dry frying pan • Two fresh roses (same cereal)
