WW Chicken Tikka Masala - made this tonight, only instead of marinating/grilling the chicken, then making the sauce, I put all the ingredients in the crockpot on low for 4 hours, then shred the chicken into the sauce and ate it that way. Turned out amazing!!! Will do again for sure, and perhaps will even try it the grilled way! ;)
