30min · 8 servings CORN DISH Ingredients: • 2 cans corn corn • 2 cans creamed corn • 1 small can tomato sauce • 1 onion • 1 lb. bacon Crackers or bread crumbs Chop and sauté onion. Cook and chop bacon. • In 2 qt dish, start with a couple spoonfuls of tomato sauce on bottom. Layer one can regular corn, one can creamed corn, half of bacon and onion mix, and crushed crackers. Then start over with tomato sauce and repeat. Top with a few butter pats and bake. *There’s no specific time or temperature; just throw it in with whatever else is in the oven. By itself, I’d recommend 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
