You’ll need: 1 tbsp olive oil 1 lb ground turkey 1 jar marinara sauce 1 tbsp Italian seasoning Salt & pepper to taste 18-20 jumbo shells 15 oz pack ricotta cheese 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, more for sprinkling 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese 1 egg 2 cups of spinach, chopped 1 tbsp Italian seasoning 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes 3/4 tsp sea salt Pepper to taste Preheat oven to 400 F. Cook your pasta according to packaging. In a pan heat up olive oil. Add in ground turkey and cook until brown. Add in seasoning and marinara, reduce to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes. Once done add into a oven safe baking dish and spread evenly. In a bowl mix together ricotta, parmesan, mozzarella, egg, spinach and seasoning. Mix well. Stuff each shell with 1 tbsp of the filling and place on top of
