Der gesündeste Apfelkeks: Naschen ohne Reue! 🍎🍪
Zutaten (für ca. 10–12 Kekse): 2 süße Äpfel (fein gerieben) 100 g Haferflocken 1 Ei 1 TL Zimt 1 TL Backpulver 1 EL Honig oder Ahornsirup (nach Geschmack) Anleitung: Backofen auf 180 °C vorheizen, Blech mit Backpapier auslegen. Äpfel fein reiben und leicht ausdrücken. Mit Haferflocken, Ei, Zimt, Backpulver und Honig zu einer Masse vermengen. Kleine Kekse formen, aufs Blech legen und 15–20 Min. goldbraun backen. Abkühlen lassen und genießen – der perfekte gesunde Snack!
