The cutest little Christmas tree ravioli for @foodnetworkca 🌲 For the spinach dough, I used 300g 00 flour, 50g semolina flour, 3 eggs and 1/2 cup or so of spinach puree (blanch a whole container of spinach then throw into an ice bath, squeeze and blend until smooth).
