Roman-esque Soldier Uniform - From Cardboard!
Brilliant - if you're making diy armor, the texture makes the difference between looking real, and looking like cardboard. A simple swirling pattern in wood glue helps it look real. If you like to use the common faux old metal paint trick (a coat of dark, topped by an imperfect coat of metallic), this technique pairs very well.
