Ingredients for 4 servings 1 sheet puff pastry 1 peach 4 tsp brown sugar 2 tbsp melted butter 1 egg Toppings Caramel sauce Vanilla ice cream Walnuts Directions 1. Make sure to thaw your pastry sheet or use the microwave and heat it for 15 seconds. 2. Preheat the oven to 400F. 3. Slice your peaches. Roll out your pastry sheet and cut it into four pieces. 4. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper. Brush the sheet with melted butter, add sugar, and then some peaches. Top with the cut pastry sheet. 5. Seal the edges of your pastry using a fork.
