Healthy Vegan Avocado Pasta 🥑
20min · 4 servings AVOCADO PASTA🥑 // full recipe ↓ • By @itsvegansis This is one of the best pastas I’ve had! It’s super creamy, light, and sooo easy to make! INGREDIENTS: (for 200-250 g pasta) • - 3 small / 1 1/2 large avocados • - 1/2 c basil • - 2 garlic cloves • - 1 tbsp nutritional yeast • - 1 tbsp olive oil • - juice from 1/2 a lemon • - salt & pepper - 1/2 cup pasta water INSTRUCTIONS: • Make the pasta like suggested on the package. • When the pasta is ready take 1/2 cup of the pasta water and keep for later. Strain the pasta and set aside. • In the meantime make the sauce by blending all the ingredients (including the pasta water) until very smooth and creamy. • Add the sauce into the pot with the pasta and mix to combine. • Optional: serve with black p
