Standing Upper Body Circles: Stand upright with feet shoulder wide apart - breathe naturally - bend down to your left foot - keep knees slightly bent - move with your hands to the right foot and up to top right, left and back down to left foot - repeat the full upper body circles into both directions. Move in a steady manner and connect the breath to your movements.

Pushup / Standup: Stand upright - breathe naturally - step down into a deep pushup - your nose close to the ground - your body stable - stand up - raise your arms over head - repeat. Move in a steady manner and connect the breath to your movements.
