Boil your noodles according to package instructions and add Pak choi to the water 1 min before you take them out. To a bowly, add -handful spring onion, chopped -handful cilantro, chopped -2 tbsp soy sauce -1 tsp rice vinegar -1 tbsp hoisin sauce -1 tsp miso -1 tbsp crispy chili oil -1 tbsp sesame seeds -Hot noodle water and stir to combine. High protein birthday cake
INGREDIENTS: (cake) 140g (1/2c) non fat greek yogurt 240g (1c) unsweetened apple sauce 1/2c zero cal sweetener 2 whole eggs 2/3 cup flour (83g) 1 tsp cake batter extract 32g (1 scoop) vanilla whey protein 1 tsp baking soda sprinkles (frosting) 8oz fat free cream cheese 4oz non fat greek yogurt 1/2-1 scoop vanilla whey 1/4c zero cal powder sugar INSTRUCTIONS: mix cake ingredients pour evenly into 6-inch cake tins bake 350 for 18-20 minutes (actually took closer to 20-25 minutes- DONT OVER BAKE!!! keep an eye and use a toothpick to establish if it's done!) allow to cool completely before mixing frosting and assembling
